Really hoping we get something from the Xbox division. But earnings have come in, and Microsoft has beaten profit expectations and revenue expectations. Profits were 0.98 cents/share vs 0.71 cents expected. This is adjusted to exclude things such as restructuring, so it could be a bit higher than it actually is. But with my calculations, that is just over 7.6 billion dollars in profit for THIS quarter alone. Revenue was 24.7 billion vs 24.3 billion, so MS also beating on its revenue (which have been prone to misses before). Microsoft's stock isn't really reacting that much to the news, currently it is up 0.5% in after hours trading.

Man, there is a reason why MS is the third most valuable company in the world and each quarterly results show that.

Last quarter was disappointing if I recall? So the market might have toned down their optimism for this quarter.

Still good results regardless.

Also thanks to tax breaks and "restructuring". We'll see how long that Cloud money will last you MS.

 A lot more than just Kowenicki, MS were significantly undervalued 2 years ago and have been undervalued somewhat for the 3 years proceeding that too, I would think many investors that invest with their head rather than emotion would have been buying, I certainly did.

Hasn't the Xbone sales dropped off a ton this year? They must make a killing on gaming services.
