Axiom Verge and Thimbleweed Park.

I'm really thinking what will be my next purchase, but I'm not sure which game I'll enjoy the most. I really liked RE: Revelations on the 3DS, so I'm thinking on buying Revelations 2. Has anybody played it? Is it as good as the first one? I heard some mixed things about it.

I'm also interested in Oxenfree (it seems like it has a really interesting narrative).

I count 10 games for November so far ... thats 1 behind Talon ;)

@Thread ... Everybody buy RiME, like seriously.

It’s on my list, but my budget is limited, there’s so much to buy !

I would love to agree with that last bit but every single video, review, or impressions video I have seen shows a pretty rough port.  I would hold off on RiME until these issues are addressed, especially with them asking $10 more for the game despite it being on an 8 gig card, iirc.  Though it does come with the soundtrack which is nice.

Just bought Disgaea 5 Complete.

Current list of games:
Cave Story+
Disgaea 5 Complete
Sonic Mania
Stardew Valley

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Skyrim is closing in on Doom (data wise) :P

It was bound to happen with Skyrim being the more popular game by far, but honestly I feel Doom deserved to sell better, since it's an actual current gen title.

Did you find Doom a nice counterpart to SMO in the end? . I love that game, I'll wait for a sale to get it on Switch too. I just felt that double dip in a 60€ game was a bit too much with XC2 releasing in a week XD.

I'd rather get Skyrim though, since that seems to be closer to the other versions than Doom is.

True, but I'd still think a port from 2016 is more deserving than a port from 2011. If I wanted Skyrim I could've bought it on my Xbox 360 at any point in the past 6 years haha. :P

They go together beautifully! They're so different yet each so awesome in their own way, it was so refreshing to go from one to the other.

I hadn't played Doom 2016 before so I was fine paying full price for what to me was a new game. XD

Of course, it deserves the full price. I bought it full price when it released and didn't regret it. It's also fun to look for the secrets and do the challenges, it really has replayability. I miss old-school shooters, and with Wolfenstein and Doom, Bethesda won me. Not a fan of the Elder Scrolls series though.

Yeah same for me, never been into the Elder Scrolls, but Doom is such a brilliantly old school slice of pure unadulterated fun. No padding, no tedium, just wall-to-wall action, like in the good old days.
