Is very good but Crash 2 is better. I like the 3 of them anyways.

Crash 2 is definitely great but tbh I enjoyed the third one more. It introduced the time trials which were a lot of fun and you also had Power-Ups. The boss fights were better too imo.

I was convinced for the last 15 years that Warped was the best one until I replayed the trilogy and to my surprise Crash 2 was the most fun to play nowadays out of the 3 imo Also I didn't remember how horrible the racing levels of Crash 3 were.

Looks bland by today's standards to be honest.

Why bother post in this thread if it's only "bland" for you?
You know that it's a Remake of three 20 years old PS1 games? It looks fantastic by today's standards!

Because I don't get the hype. This is extremely basic and unremarkable platforming. Levels are so linear that I'm left wondering why they even made it a 3D game to begin with. Enemies barely move and have very basic AI. There aren't even any particle effects when you defeat them, they just vanish. The game just looks weird with its corridor-like level design. If this was a new IP almost nobody would get excited by this.

Great to have a trip down memory lane, but this isn't going to be a masterpiece. This is a nostalgia fix, nothing more, nothing less.

Why bother making a thread if you're only looking for people to agree with you? I'm simply not impressed, you want me to lie to you?

Warped was easily my favorite and it looks very good, can't wait for this game.

Games had great pacing, good controls, memorable artstyle and cool music. While obviously far from a masterpiece by today standars there are very few games from that generation that are as fun to play nowadays as those, their simplicity has make them age decently in comparison with how terribly 98% of the games of that gen have aged, I honestly find them more fun to play than Mario 64, which was better but has aged worse.

OMG YES!!!!!!!!!! I am so pumped for this game!!! I will blast through all 3 games, such great memories :) I love Warp the most!

Can't wait to try and get the plat in one sitting. (Probably won't happen, but I'm a pretty insane guy. )

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Im becomeing a big fan of Remasters.
Not remakes, because Im not sure I like what they did/are doing to FF7R yet.

But R&C was really well done, and this looks really well done.
I prefer they stay true to the classics, as much as possible.

You can Platinum one of the games, then take a break, to plat the other two.

Doing all 3 in a row... sounds like a challenge.

Other companies (including Sony) should learn from Ratchet and Clank and this game while remaking an old game or old games. The Wipeout omega collection also seems to be an improvement of the old games especially the Vita tracks look way better. Anyway kudos to Activision since they did a very good job.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

They call them Remasters, instead of Remakes.

They try to stay true to the original game as much as possible.

Instead of remakeing them from the ground up with new systems ect.

I prefer that way of going about things.
