NVIDIA has just announced its more extreme and powerful graphics card, the NVIDIA GeForce TITAN Xp. According to the green team, the Pascal-powered TITAN Xp pushes more cores, faster clocks, faster memory and more TFLOPS than its predecessor.

The NVIDIA GeForce TITAN Xp will feature 12GB of GDDR5X memory running at 11.4 Gbps, 3,840 CUDA cores running at 1.6GHz and 12 TFLOPs of brute force.

Here are the full specs for this brand new graphics card.

The NVIDIA TITAN Xp is available now for $1,200 direct from nvidia.com, and select system builders soon.

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

So for $500 more than the 1080 Ti, you get around a ~ 15% performance increase? GG nVidia... well, that's mostly been the case with the previous Titans as well, so no real surprise there.

Also, that name again...

Uh...are we going back to 2002?

Never mind. Speed, not bandwidth.

Nahh that's about right cause that's the memory speed. By comparison, a 1060 runs at 8Gbps, 1070 runs at 8Gbps and 1080 runs at 10 Gbps.

What you are probably thinking about is memory bandwdith which is 547.7 GB/s

Edit: Nvm you edited it

Yea but the joke is that when people got the 1080Ti, they got the best GPU on the market thus gave them bragging rights. Now the Titan XP is the best GPU on the market, they can no longer claim they have the best GPU thus deminishing their bragging rights and it hasn't even been a month yet.

You can't play bragging rights.  And if they spent hundreds just to brag, they can spend more to brag again.

Sure you can't but PCMR subreddit can. And well... It is $700 vs $1200 so... It is a big difference if they want to upgrade cause they just bought a new GPU for $700 and now they probably can't return it and it's just a big hassle.

Because the norm has always been Titan would give you the inital but expensive bragging rights and then if you waited for the xx80Ti, you would get bragging rights for half the price of the Titan but later. Now neither the original Titan owners or the 1080Ti owners gets bragging rights unless they buy the TitanXp.

So, is this - for real this time - expected PS5's GPU ?
Im serious.
