Is it because the last game that had the most perfect reviews was a game you liked? Or is it because a recently released game you feel deserves the title more?

It beat GTAIV long time ago with most perfect scores.

Technically no. When you combined x360 and ps3 unique scores together it was around 59 perfect scores. It was A huge debate on gaf that made ethomaz pretty popular there lmao. Thats why i said that.

I think it was only counting the perfect score if it wasn't already on the other platform. They didn't count IGN's 10/10 twice to my knowledge.

I mean unique scores. Like ps only reviews on the ps4 version and x360 Only reviews for the other. No review counted twice
