Isn't this game also being released for PC?

Yes, and I feel that it's worth waiting for it. The jaggies on the PS4 version kinda stand out...

Money shmunny, that's what credit cards are for. Lack of free time is the real killer.

Damn straight. Even with a full time job it never used to be an issue thanks to my crippling social anxiety. It was just work and then home. But my New Years resolution (stupidly) was to start looking after myself properly so now there's time spent GOING TO THE GYM and forcing some social time with friends and family so that has eaten up gaming time. Gaming time which is super precious at the moment because of how many games are coming out.

100%. Of the big 3 console makers they've by a country mile the best line up in 2017. As their day 1 message said,  #4theplayers.  They've not let us down.

It's not just the line up, it's how they promote. They clearly know how to fuel GAF, how to grab headlines, how to time vids perfectly and how to dominate the narrative. Their PR machine is 100% better than during the PS3 era.

I don't know. The way words effortlessly fall out of Phil Spencer's mouth, like shit effortlessly falls out of a horse's ass, is pretty effective. "I played Scorpio last Tuesday. It looks good." And such and such. The hype is real.

Sony's strategy is spot on at the moment. Now the Nioh/Horizon promotions are complete, they're moving to the Horizon/Nier promotions, while at the same time offering the UC4/COD bundles for $250 and advertising Horizon with a PS4Pro.

I think they smell blood.

You do realize that Nioh and Nier aren't Sony games, right?

You do realise that what I've just said is actually going on, right?

I'm fairly sure that Sony didn't strategize these games into existence. They're third party games who just happen to be on the PS4, one of them isn't even exclusive. You're trying to give Sony credit for something they weren't involved with.

What the hell are you on about? I'm talking about how Sony are cleverly using promotions to sustain a momentum. It doesn't matter who makes the games, I'm talking about their advertising campaign. Just so you can read it one last time:

Who says they're doing the advertising? Square can't advertize their own games now?

And advertising a game is hardly a grand strategy. It would be stupid if they didn't advertize games.

You might want to consider what thread you're in before you try to deliberately overlook what I'm saying to perpetuate an argument.
