Getting recruited to a human team isn't very hard. Just goto the forum and find a team looking to recruit someone at your position....I got all 3 players signed within 5 minutes of looking.

Go onto the forums, and find a team that needs your kind of character.

They'll recruit you, pay you ALOT of cash, and let you play on their team.

When you get recruited (or before), start training up skills that you think are important for the kind of Running Back/Fullback you want.
