He was inside when his headache started, at least he suggests he was. Not usually windy inside.
You can get headaches with food poisoning secondary to nausea and vomiting and the resultant dehydration but his headache preceded all other symptoms by nearly an hour. Furthermore the headache was of rapid onset and the vomiting was of much too rapid an onset to fit the clinical picture of botulinum.
But we are in agreement about the going to the doctor part.
