This is like Dragon Quest Heroes... its just odd.... the best DQ's are the rpgs.

No, it's just a spin-off akin to Hyrule Warriors. This is not replacing the standard FE games. Not at all.

While everyone here is excited FE Warriors, I really hope we get a Soul Calibur x Fire Emblem crossover someday. You could call it Soul Emblem or Fire Calibur. Both great names for a fighting game imo :)

While not wanting a cross-over. Hate cross-overs. I would rather this FE Warriors game be a fighter game versus a warriors game.

I just don't feel their is enough variety in fighting to constitute a warriors game. I mean you have what like axe weilding, sword weilding, polearm weilding. Then you have a magic user. Oh and then there are the beasts, like bird poeple, lion people, dragon people. Then those on horses i guess and wyverns and pegasus. Oh ... nevermind. There does seem to be enough variety for unique fighting styles for characters.

They shouldn't even have to resort to a lady fighting with butterflies.

What I"m curious about is, what if I show up at 4:15. Can i start from teh beginning, or since is "live" at that time, do I have to wait till its over to not jump in halfway?

Thats actuallz a good question!Never tried it, so no clue, but I think so to an extend.I think live "shows" records up until a certain time(lets say you can go back up to 30 minutes back), so depends how late you arrive.But I could be talking crap too.Either way, if you are late, just wait and watch the uploaded video.Just avoid gaming websites during that of course.

All I hope is that they don't announce the next mainline Fire Emblem for 3DS in a misguided attempt to kee it alive longer.
A multiplat title would be ok (especially with cross-buy), but skipping the Switch in favour of 3DS would be bad.
