Yea the amount of free ram wll change since it depends on what apps are using how much at any given time. But that means that it actually has 1GB of ram and not the 512 which come up most frequently. So that means the only other thing is to free up the ram. Did you factory reset your device yet?

If factory resetting your device doesn't help, then its an issue with the OS since the OS is taking up too much ram. Most likely (I am not 100% sure), your device runs a modified version of Android OS which probably takes up more ram and stock Android does. 

Reset the factory device didn't help, so maybe really a problem of android using to much ram

Don't worry, when I get home I'll try to download it, tho I'll have to wait until night to be able to play it, but once I do, I'll tell you if my Android, which is the same version as yours, run it normally.

Also, don't forget to download an App Killer (or Task Killer) like I said, and also, you can do it manually to a lesser level by pressing the first button on your screen, the one that looks like a reserve U with two bars inside, and swipe the open apps to the side (or down if you are using it sideways) so you close them that way, but an App or Task Killer should also be better to help close the more annoying apps and keep your phone memory high, so making it run better.

Sorry for disturbing again, but i checked again, like you mentioned it android 4.4.2 use kitekate, has 1gb ram, but what is strange downloaded the game and after that still 780mb free storage, but i have seen that after the update ( you said it should have 517mb) it was still the same, so it means the update doesn't downloade right on the phone...do you have an idea why?

Sorry for your pain. Welcome to the fragmented world of Android. Perhaps your phone isn't good enough for the game.  Going by the above post it seems to be RAM which you state you have 1 GB RAM and Square is stating Android version needs 2 GB RAM.

Reading this thread and all the little tips and things to checks reminds me of trying to install some PC games in the 90s which always somehow had compatibility issues.
