First of all, merry christmas to all of you...

i have a problem, i received from my brother at christmas a smartphone (don't laugh at me, but it's my first one;)). It's a discovery v8, and i wanted to play ff brave exvius and downloaded it, but after the tutotial the game always put me out to the startscreen, deleted the game and downloaded it again, but always the same thing. So i downloaded another jrpg, to look if it's a problem of the game, but the same here, so i think it could be something to do with the settings of the smartphone...maybe someone has an idea what the problem could be??

Try other games apps, it happens to me when the game is too much for my phone or something

It put's me back to the startscreen from the phone. It,s android 4.4.2 and it says that there are no other updates at the moment...

Downloaded final cronicle to to see if it has to do with the game...but the same thing here, after some seconds the game stopps and i'm back on the startscreen of the phone, so i believe it must have to do with the phone...

That's because i want to play it, yes there is a option to reset the factory settings, do believe this could help?

Android 4.4.2 ? DId you check if the game is compatible with that Android version ?

What version of Android are you running on the Discovery V8?

If you don't have either Marshmallow or Lollipop, that might be the source of the problem.

How could i find it out if this is the problem?
