avoid kinguin unless you are happy being sold illegitimate keys, they are like buying from reddit you are most likely getting msdn purchased or keys bought with dodgy credit cards. Apart from that the build is ok with perhaps a slightly oversized power supply. You also have only base speed memory (fine if you are not overclocking) but have purchased a CPU designed for overclocking so you are potentially spending a little more than necessary their or you should get better memory if you are going to overclock.

I thought RAM speed had literally zero effect on performance except for bragging rights? All the benchmarks I've seen show that the same type of RAM at different speeds are all within one FPS of eachother in all games so it shouldn't matter even if I overclock should it?

This just reminded me, I've forgot to select extra fans haha. Going to add some Noctua fans. Should I go for 140 mm or 120? They cost the same, but apparently the 140 mm fans have a lower max RPM limit (but that shouldn't matter right, because they're bigger?)

If they cost the same, get the 140mm. They run slower because they need less rpm to move the same air than a 120mm one and, thanks to that, they also make less noise.

Fractal's own fans are very quiet too, you could check them, and they would match the color scheme of your case.

There are two of Fractal Designs 140mm fans included, should I just add one more and call it quits then?

Do you know of anyone that has had a bad time with kinguin as far as windows goes? Cause I would like more research into the subject matter as well cause the video I linked goes over the Reddit keys issue and suggests Kinguin is better than the case with reddit and he gives reasons as to why.

Like if you buy it from a reputable seller, is it still bad? Cause they do have a "buyer protection" thing

Personally, I'd just get another 140mm and install it on the front.

Another option could be getting 2x120mm ones. You could move the rear 140mm to the front and put a 120 one in its place, plus another one in the roof. Better cooling but more noise.

Please excuse my bad English.

Alternatively, since they cost the same, I can get two 140mms instead of two 120mms

hmmm i usually buy a cheap case and sshd instead of ssd, then use the extra money to buy better headphone like senn hd650.

Also remember that you still need to spend money on monitor, sound card, wlan/lan adapter, and other peripherals

I'm (probably) getting a monitor for christmas from my parents. Til then I'm either gonna have it connected to a TV or borrow a monitor from a friend. Headphones too I'm hoping I can get for christmas (or my birthday that's in january). The case is on sale + I love the aesthetics of it (this was the case I'd been checking out for a while, so awesome that it was on sale). Although after a bit more research, I think I might go for the Define S (with glass sidepanel).

But then both sets of fans will move the same air and out, and since the CPU and GPU cooler will help move air out of the case, you'll end with a "negative pressure" setup. Since that will create a void in your case, air will come in from whichever hole it can, bringing dust with it.

So..... two 140 mm fans as intakes, two 120 mm fans as outtakes?

That could work, but it's up to you to decide how many fans you want.

Remember that fans are easy to install, and that you can install them later if you find that you need more cooling.

If you need to save some money badly, you could go for an older CPU like the i5-3570K and try to find a cheaper board for it. Could save 200$ and CPUs don't fail anymore.

It is a bit overkill unless you go above 1080p gaming.
