Yes it does, wii is a terrible comparison.

If this console has a good instalbase third paties will try to get a piece of the cake asap, that's what third parties do.

If it was just a home console I'd be inclined to agree to some extent, but as it's a handheld console too I don't think it will need substantial western third party support. The 3DS doesn't exactly get that much western support.

3GB RAM for games (PS4/XB1 have around 5GB for games), is enuf for PS4/XB1 3rd party ports in 720p.

Then why new mass effect and red Dead isn't coming? By third party do you mean niche Japanese games? Or do you mean bigger ones including Japanese AAA (kingdom hearts, FF XV)?

Doubt you ll see anything 4k from the Switch.
