"The memory bandwidth is extremely weak compared to the standard desktop consoles. Most titles will render 540p which is the minimum requirement from Nintendo."
"I can say that this is an SoC with a Pascal GPU. It's fast compared to other mobile products, but nowhere near as good as the Xbox One SoC. But hey, it consumes a lot less power. :) It is a very good product for the mobile market."

540p on a TV is unacceptable, the dock better be able to bump that to 720p at least. 540p is OK for portable play.

i guess games like Wii U port can handle from 720p to 1080p, except modern games like on PS4 or Xbox One.

Yea I saw this but I will wait for DF because it says "Maxwell" which isn't really what I would call "same architecture as the world’s top-performing GeForce gaming graphics cards" since that is Pascal atm

The Zlatan guy is saying Pascal based but still way below an XBox One. Memory bandwidth is low, which makes sense because it would likely chew up a ton of battery. 

Maybe they checkerboard upscale it to 1080p :P

Man, if it can't even do 720p 30fps then that will be really disappointing.  It's one of the reasons why I was really hoping eurogamer was wrong about the NS being a hybrid because it would almost certainly doom it to being another Nintendo device that only plays Nintendo games.

See it's baseless speculation like this that harmed the Wii U's image initially, and it seems as though people are trying to sabotage the Switch as well.

Early dev-kits aren't the same spec than the console, the dev-kit only needs the same performance target. After some time the dev-kits will get revisions to final spec. These dev-kit specs could however be bogus but not simply because it says Maxwell.
