Part of me feels like this is just another symptom of bad mental health management peering it's ugly head out, but then again there have always been the odd-ball cases like this.

There was something that happened back in the 80's where people had reportedly seen "phantom clowns" but this was essentially dismissed as a fluke, because it was just kids saying this stuff, so this can almost be seen as a resurgence of that, but I don't fully know what to think about it
Sooner or later, some gun loving citizen is going to shoot one of these clowns and it'll be over.
Some Funny replies in this thread. This week in my area in Indiana they had to put a few schools on lock down because of the clowns threatening violence. Not joking at all. It's pretty fucked up. I hadn't heard of anybody getting hurt here though.
