Shhhhhhh. It's a secret. Slightly off topic: I'm pretty "off" of the PSVR idea. Getting a Pro, and that will be more than enough.

Exactly what I was thinking. Without actual hard documentary proof from Sony (or a developer) this is just getting PS4 into the secret sauce malarkey that I thought even Xb one had left behind.

Not really equivalent. At all. Where is anybody saying this "secret sauce" will somehow change any power equation?
They're not. They're not worried about Pro power vs. any current competitor, and nobody is saying this beats Scorpio etc.
They're just genuinely curious about what this rumored feature does. Why wouldn't they be?
