Hey guys. I was curious to know which video game soundtracks were absolutely your favorite. There are a lot of hidden gems out there, especially ones that aren't heard of often. A lot of RPGs such as Final Fantasy, Chrono Cross, Parasite Eve, Xenogears,  The Legend of Dragoon, Shadow Hearts had stellar tracks. I was a huge fan of the old Tekken Soundtracks.

There are so many that it's impossible to name them all. I personal favourite is Final Fantasy X's soundtrack (the original version). I have made numerous CDs of video game music across all genres, but every disc is almost guaranteed to have a song from FFX and Dynasty Warriors 4.

Skyrim.

And several classic games. Like FF, Donkey Kong Country and Chrono Trigger.

The Megaman Zero series. Either 3 or 4 are the ones that win, but for me, Megaman Zero 4 is the best soundtrack ever composed.

Final Fantasy X

A lot of interesting choices. I forgot about some of these games listed.

I think my favorite from FFX was "Wandering Flame." The soundtrack had a variety of different genres incorporated which was nice.
