Man it's strange how people actually think this.  I mean everyone's entitled to their opinion, but I don't see how it falls below at least mediocre given the effects, score, and likable new characters.

That looks great. Hope Darth Vader has a big presence throughout the whole actual movie and isn't just on the sidelines.

Kinda off topic but sjw need to see this trailer, not about genders it's about quality. Ghostbusters and this, both female protagonist, but one looks like shit and the other looks amazing.

I know some people are all pissy about female leads, but what surprises me is that the leads for both Force Awakens and Rogue One are English.

I would love to see Darth Vader action on the level and amount he had on Star Wars Rebels. He kicked major asses there. :)

I like how you try to stir up controversy. Female leads are fine - we've seen plenty of great ones before. The problem is when they are terrible characters.

Rey was a great character for me, but she got too strong real quick (unless they explain why she's so powerful in the next films).

Rey being so powerful shits all over the previous Jedi and the need for a Jedi Master because, she will very likely eventually figure things out by herself without the need of a master.

Special effects aren't special anymore.

Which you couldn't hear over all the constant explosions.

Rey's a Mary Sue, Finn's a walking contradiction, and Poe gets very little screentime.
