Gran Turismo 6 should of been a ps4 launch game.
Super Mario 3D World should have been a launch title, and not New Super Mario Bros U...

Not sure about that. Both Ryse and that Killzone game were launch titles and didn't do very well.
MGS IV would have really helped the PS3 in it's early days to show off the improvements from the 6th gen and sell some people on the then expensive console. Like Miguel said, a new IP like Uncharted or Heavenly Sword probably would have helped too.
Beyond: Two Souls on PS4 could have given the game more attention and been an early showcase title.
If there has ever been a game that should have been a launch title, is Mario Maker. How many years was the public questioning the point of the gamepad until Mario Maker came along?

But Black and White was releasing at the same time as the 3DS everywhere but Japan. I dont think they would want to release B&W and B&W2 at the same time now would they?? Not to mention you know it not being developed at that point and time Still Pokemon on 3DS at launch would have saved it from the launch drought, maybe they wouldnt have had to slash $70 off the thing so quick. |
Oh, I know it wouldn't have been as simple as it sounds; it's just interesting to think about. The 3DS price cut possibly could have been pushed to 2012, but there was no way that it was going to stay at $250 for long.
Mario Kart 8 and Mario Maker perfectly demonstrated the potential of the Wii u IMO, should have been launch. It was the mk8 bundle that sold me on it actually.
