I'll be honest with you, I think you've had that avatar for as long as I can remember, and for me someone who goes about with that mask attached to their online persona I would always read what they say with slightly less interest than others.
I don't mean to insult you on what you enjoy and how you come across online, but I do think thanks to a certain website that mask or more so the people who think that it is "cool" are those who's opinion is one which others shouldn't really be offended by to begin with.
As for this strange thread, it is just that, I think most of the time if you are mid way through a post and you think.... "this isn't a nice thing to say, it will probably just annoy people" Just close the tab, don't hit submit, just move on and do or write something else instead, there is plenty of things to do both on the internet and otherwise.
Good luck not getting permabanned though, while your avatar isn't to my liking I love the account name you picked! Perhaps change the mask for a gentlemans hat to prove you are on the right path :)

I don't know why I chose this profile picture. I just found it in my files and said, "eh, why not?"

Was thinking, is this new profile picture the selfie people asked for... but http://maverickajo.deviantart.com/art/ColossalCon-2011-My-Naruto-Cosplay-269552420 it's from 5 years ago and your profile suggests you're 18 and I'm not sure the person in this picture is 13 years old lol, still though, stock is going up in my book not having the anon mask!
Still though when it comes to not posting things which would rub people the wrong way your comment on the MH or scenario'd new handheld from Nintendo, what difference does it make what actual resolution the screen is? I mean sure the res of the 3ds and xl are both low in comparison to the Vita/home systems, but when you're holding that in your hand playing something like Resident evil revelations, Smash 4, MK7 those games look absolutely amazing doesn't matter what the resolution is as long as the hardware and games is of good quality and utilized well, I know the digital foundry era would have everyone thinking that you can visibly count lines of resolution or that it makes a game more or less fun.... but yeah 240p is a low res on paper, but considering the technology running on that screen with the 3d which doesn't require glass's... in a handheld, something that still only the higher end of 3d TVs cannot hope to achieve and the 3ds launched in 2011.
