Doubt it will have any effect on it.

If anything a big reveal and hype train for the NX in September just before PSVR hits could cause a negative effect on PSVR if it really impresses people could decided to wait and pick up a NX instead for the price they were going to throw-down on a PSVR.

The NX wasn't delayed because it never had a release date to begin with, you should change make the OP more accurate.

I think Nintendo "chose" to launch in marts

If they have launced/showed "NX" before.. Sony could have delayed PSVR/4k.
This way Sony will be "all in" And have to stick to psvr/4k atleast 2 more years.

So OP.. I think its very wishfull thinking this will benefit Sony.. Offcourse only time will tell..
We will see it more clearly (after Sony talk about 4k and launch psvr) when Nintendo show NX..

So the NX is just aimed at Nintendo enthusiasts?  Got me.  I thought it was aimed at the gaming market in general.
