I think it would be either August/September at their own "event" (read ND) just to show what it is, and maybe show a few of the launch titles. Then in about January the direct will cover all launch window titles.

December. Nintendo will wait for the black friday to be over and most of the holidays as well. Then they will give a full blowout on it.

Nintendo has proven to us today that they are all but predictable.So even the most rational though anyone has here could be more wrong than a wild guess.Having said that, I am expecting(and hoping because I will attend to it) that they announce around or at gamescon.I mean, they will have around 6 months to reveal and hype the console and its games, and make people play those games, experience as much as possible the games.Could be a good start at gamescon if they cant get it working at E3
