I was gonna buy the game, still have it on my Amazon order list, I'll cancel it by tomorrow.

The forced motion control is the sole reason it's not a purchase. Maybe buy it used down the line just for collection purposes.

Saying that "its just 3DS game in HD" and "could be done on 3DS" are not same things. Also 4-coop player could not be done on 3DS. 3D Mario World is bigger game in any sense than 3D Land.

The multiplayer could be done on 3DS, just over wifi instead of on controllers. It's just 3D Land with 4 players and a coat of HD paint. Hell, level layouts could be done on N64.

Again disagree. 3D World is not 3D Land, they are different games with similar concept.

But 3D World isn't really much more complex; its levels are still small, linear, and blocky, with very few dynamic elements. Its level designs could be realized on the N64, much less the 3DS.

I absolutely adore this game so far. The controls have been nothing but perfection for me, and they took very little time to get used it.
It's sad that not everyone shares this viewpoint, but I hope more and more people get to enjoy just how fun this game is.

Yep, I have to agree with this. 3DWorld is my 2nd favourite Mario game of all time. But that doesn't change the fact that it's not a very ambitious or complex game. Which was a constant this gen with Nintendo imo, except for XCX. It's just wonderfully done imo. I don't really search for ambition in games, I want to have fun, and in that, 3DWorld delivered.

SS is the best 3D Zelda btw.

No, it's the worst. Might be the worse Nintendo-made Zelda all together to be honest.

Lol. At least you know you have bad taste and wrong opinions.

BTW, tried to watch a walkthrought of the game but couln'd past of 2-3 missions without yawning. I think there's one word to describe the game: Mediocre. The same word that explains Nintendo and Wii U this gen.

My taste is impeccable and my opinions are righteous. Especially about SS.

I still didn´t play it, but I´ve heard from some friends that you actually don´t need to use the third person view on the gamepad at all because the aiming system feels like Splatoon´s, where you use motion controls to change the position of the reticle rather than using the second analog stick to do that, like in most shooters.
If that´s the case I think I´ll be fine with the controls. But I still need to experience it to be sure how good or bad it is.

As for the slow pace.... I think after so much recent complains about arcade-like (like FRN) from player they probably decided to slow it down to please new-generation gamers and casuals..... LOL

Same here.

And that's why I played the damn thing instead. It's  a video game, it has been made in mind to be played by people not just watch it. That's why movies have been made for ...

Saw Other M complete 100% walthrough. Went in a rush to buy it and have finished around 8 times since then.

Saw Super Metroid. Same story.

Started Prime walkthrought, went in a rush to buy the Trilogy on Wii. Bought the GameCube versions. Bought it recently again on Wii U.
