I don't see it doing more than150 million total worldwide, but even that is probably too optimistic. There is no hype and it is caught between Jungle Book and Captain America, plus Captain America will be out in Europe by then,

I'd guess between 30-60 million WW gross.

I plan on taking my nephew who is the targeted demographic for it and I enjoy Ratchet and Clank games so fine by me.
