The Division released in March 8 2016. Since that, we know The Division got the bigger launch ever for a new IP, generated $330,000,000, beated Destiny record of $325,000,000 first week.
Since the released, The Division showed dicrete legs in market like UK and Japan, better legs than both the previus bigger new IP Watch Dogs and Destiny.
We still have no idea of USA numbers, which will be out in 2 days thanks the NPD group.
Though, we know The Division has sold through a total of around 450,000 in UK so far at retail, almost 120,000 in Japan, and over 30,000 first week in Spain.
Anyway, we know the game did very well on PC, with almost 700,000 unit sold on STEAM, and generally strong digital sales even on console.
What do you guys expect from this Ubisoft quarter?
For a comparation, Watch Dogs has sold in 8 million during it's first quarter, with 6 weeks of sales. The Division will have only 4 weeks.
I believe The Division will do better than Watch_Dogs even with 2 weeks of difference. My guess is 9 million sold in.
