Great jump for Splatoon.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

This was YSO's prediction for this week btw:

YSO predictions

01. [WIU] Pokken Tournament < 80k (average 65k)
02. [PSV] Digimon World: Next Order < 55k (average 45k)
03. [PS4] Tom Clancy's The Division < 20k
03. [3DS] Pokemon Red / Green / Blue / Yellow < 20k

All three of these retailers have Digimon over Pokken so maybe Digimon did better than expected? Or there's a possibility that Pokken just did less than expected.

Minecraft Vita will not die.

Way to go, Digimon.

Goodbye.

There are a couple variables to consider here.

For one, Digimon is a mainline RPG game, while Pokken is a fighting spinoff.

Also, Digimon is on the Vita, where it targets its main demographic, while Pokken is on the Wii U, which has seen very few Pokemon titles (and the Vita has also sold more than the Wii U in Japan).

However, YSO predicted that Pokken would sell more than Digimon first week, so maybe the picture that these charts paint isn't entirely accurate.

Good to see someone just realized about it. Yes, I'm more leaning towards the second option, Pokkén did less than expected. However I expect, at least the following week, having a better drop hold, just because today Monday is national holiday in Japan.

Splatoon keeps impressing us! Plus, looks like Mario & Sonic has great legs...

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won
