The PS5 Exists.
It doesn't give me that Demon's Souls vibe. Looks more hack n' slash than the action RPG system of Souls, especially with that fire wolf invocation halfway through the video. Looks like a Bayonetta's climax attack or something, except allowing for a bit more of maneouver. I also see the same main character everywhere, so I don't think he'll be customizable, either.

I meant in the sense of a huge success slipping in under the radar.

Wasn't the case with Demon's Souls. Game sold over two million units thanks to huge critical acclaim and good word of mouth.

Yes, that's what I'm liking this game to. In other words it's a game that people have largely overlooked, had some passing interest but nothing concrete, and just kept it in mind.
