Your right. I saying there is no distriction between the official news and his wishlist in thread header. It sets the expection up that we walk into this thread expecting some link between this event and Streets of Rage. Then on top of that the news is nmot entirely accurate; The Breaking news is Sonic related as there is is a panel being held at the end of this month.

Got everybody hyped for 100% nothing to do with SOR

I'm sure it's another Sonic game...humm.

Be real awsome if it was a Virtua Fighter or Virtual On VOOT announcement, but it's prob Sonic.

It was so vague

April 1st being Sonic's designated news day. Its will be the Anniversary party kick off  day but not necessarily when Next Sonic news rolls in. NO- We will more than likely know about Sonic game before April 1st, but kinda because the Anniversary officially starts that day.

Umm...what about Sonic? If they make any news about any franchise, it'd be Sonic, aka their top selling IP. And it's the 25th anniversary, we should get game announcements for a new Sonic game.

so a new title can showcase a huge improvement in the graphics.

the gameplay could also be better, they can add many new characters

and there's also online co op possibilities.

i never played Yakuza but from what i've heard it's similar to GTA not streets of rage.

and i'm glad that you agree with me.

a new streets of rage with a new graphics engine, online play and new characters could be great.

Thread title is misleading. Where are the rumors? Does just mentioning a game in a forum thread constitute labeling it as a rumor?

The event will be centered around Sonic. Don't get too disappointed.
