I think that's what they're hoping for but it's not working. People are no longer going to rush out and buy it while it's cheap thinking it's going to go back up again. MS blew that last time they did it.

Momentum for the XB1 is waning. 

PC gets the majority of XB1 games.
PC/PS4 get VR.
XB1 has weaker performance than the PS4 on multiplats and weaker performance than PC on "Windows games".
XB1 is rumored to have a new version coming this year.

By the Ultimate Goddess, 75GB ? Wtf, i've downloaded some Sitcom episodes 20 minutes longer, and in Full HD 1080p, i have 100 Episodes  is Dual Audio, with Multiple Subtittles (in more than 3 Languanges), and isn't even 65GB, i think that Quantum Break's Live Action, might be at 2K, or 4K.

With 75GB, you can make a CG-Like Kung Fu Panda 2, i think that no one will have how to Stream this, is 75GB, of Streaming is too much the game will not be so long, so is a High quality image, atleast this is easier than streaming a Game, because you would need Instant Input Response.

With the recent bad PR on MS and then the immediate price cut to me it just shows a lack of confidence in the product to sell. Same thing happened Holiday 2014. Sony did not have to price cut in 2014 because they had a plan to make the PS4 sell in other months.
