Forums - General Discussion - Wtf vgchartz(topic: spoilers)

Edit: I've changed the majority of the original post.

First off, apologies for flipping off. It was completely unnecessary to overreact to such a small spoiler.

My actual frustration is probably due to how nothing can be left a surprise anymore- unless you choose to live in a cave. I honestly don't care if something is spoiled(I'm going to see it myself anyways), but it gets irritating when leaks are shown without any warning or whatnot.

I can't change it, so it's useless to get ticked off at it.

Poor you.

What exactly was spoiled? A title and logo(s)? Get over yourself, man. A new Pokemon game in development? Oh boy, didn't see that one coming! Nintendo leaked it themselves by letting those trademark filings out. Take your anger out on them. Even after that, we don't know anything about the game yet. What, were you only hyped for the name of the game(s)?

bet: lost

I have to agree, it may not be a big spoiler but still some people want to see the direct knowing nothing (although to be fair if you want to avoid spoilers you should stay away from the internet )

Actually, it was all over the Internet. It was trending on Twitter, hundreds of posts on Facebook, gaming sites... It's always like this when there's a leak.

You might of gotten a tiny bit of sympathy from me if not for that childish comment on the article page itself. That deserved a ban, to be honest, especially over something so trivial.

I usually don't care if something is spoiled. I actually didn't care much honestly(I'm gonna know tomorrow anyways).

It's only annoying how they felt the need to make an article about it without having the decency to say spoiler in the title.

Umm...you knew the direct was coming. It's common to know that "leaks" will show before Directs or before E3. With that being said, VGChartz should add a filter to threads that allow the author to say if it's a Spoiler or not.

It sucks, but kind of don't go on the Internet.

I suppose that's a valid solution. Can't argue.

I naturally went onto VGChartz(do so every time I go on my computer).

I did flip out unreasonably. Though, it sucks that nothing can be a surprise anymore. Everything is leaked before any information is actually shown.

Wow. You are preaching to the SPOILER generation, my friend. If this is legitimately the FIRST time you went to a gaming website, and an upcoming game got spoiled for you, you are LUCKY.
