theyll probably sell less xboxes. but will sell more games.
games make more profit than hardware.

btw, most of sales are physical on xbox, the ones who play on pc only get digital. for those who buy consoles and buy physical games, theyll still buy the xbox one. Also, PC gamers would also enjoy. so, no problem.

I checked Amazon and I notice that some X1 consoles are still in the top 100 list one day after the QB PC announcement so I guess it didn't really effect sales of the consoles in a negative way, let that sink in for certain people in this thread.

Microsoft, lost a good exclusive for Xbox One, had like 1.5 Millions of players who purchased Alan Wake on PC (more than the Xbox 360 version), that could be possible costumers for Xbox One, now will stay on PC, this hurt Xbox sales, and give less third party support for Xbox One.

It won't hurt X1 sales QB will still give the X1 a nice boost in sales and no third party support will still be there or else COD Ghosts, Madden 25,  FIFA 14 or any of those games would've been the last of those yearly games released on X1, which by the way what do third party support have to do with this?

The vocal minority is at it again! If we actially look, there are now 3 XB1 bundle's in the top 100, instead of just 1. And now QB pre-orders are jumping up the charts! When you have internet fanatics like crapgamer complaining, the minority can appear very much as a majority. No Microsoft, please don't give me a 2nd version for free! 1 version is enough! XD

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

This works perfectly for me. PC it is. I have decided to sell the Xbox One while the going is good.

My only hesitation is the Forza series, but soon we'll have the king of racers GT.

*thumbs up*

Yup even the Elite console made it in the top 100 and that console Costs alot with the Halo 5 one not far behind in terms of price.

Xbox One is down YOY, there is nothing really on the sales that low, and there was a discount of while on slickdeals.

Xbox One was down YOY in January. Microsoft foolishly rose the price of their console, so what did you expect? Its not January anyway, so how is that relevant?

As an example, I'm not an Xbox owner, but I do have a gaming PC. If Microsoft didn't bring out their exclusives for PC, I wouldn't buy them.
But since Quantum Break, for example, is coming out for PC, Microsoft will (most likely) have an extra game sold, which is also played on one of their platforms (Windows).

So I don't think it hurts Microsoft that much to release their games on PC. Not everyone owns a gaming PC, and the people that want an Xbox one, or already have one, don't need to buy a PC to play Microsofts exclusives.
A PS4 owner would have to get either a capable PC or an Xbox One to play those games, buying into Microsofts eco system, and that is all they want.
