... That's not what development hell means. If its almost finished than its not in development hell. The only thing that seems that can be actually taken from this is that Star Fox Zero will have multiplayer. On what capacity I can only guess.

I doubt it. It looked fairly close to completion, and tons of people weighed in on the fact the controls start to click after a while. Being the game was playable numerous times over the last year, I'm willing to say the whole development hell thing is false.

I think "nobody" cared for the gamepad controls, as it was compromising the visuals of the entire game. If they were really listening to fans, they would have changed it. They are right most of the time, but this time they were wrong as the gamepad was a gimmick nobody asked for. And it´s a shame because if the game is so bad as players who have tried it say, then it will probably bomb and Nintendo might think it´s because people don´t care anymore about the franchise which is not the reality.

Yeah, development hell doesn't really mean that. The game has a release date and it was stated not to long after the game was delayed. And honestly I'm glad they did because it seems like the game needed some touching up.


And in all honesty I would just wait on see on the "motion control=bad" thing. If news broke out that Splatoon was going to gave motion controls people would have flipped out then as well. But the funny thing is, most people I hear use motion controls in Splatoon.

Something I found out - the same team who was responsible for the battle mode in Mario Kart 8 is doing the multiplayer in Star Fox Zero.
