This gen Remasters are very popular, Nintendo on Wii U done just two GC/Wii HD Remasters, but I think on NX that number will be much higher, especially if NX is really unified platform because in that case there will no be need for separate handheld and home console remakes/remasters/ports.

There so many great GC/Wii games that would be very good choice for HD Remaster, this are some IMO would be great: Super Mario Galaxy 1/2 HD, Zelda SS HD (I am almost certain that we will have SMG HD and SS HD on NX), Metroid Trilogy HD, Pikmin 1/2 HD, Mario Sunshine HD, Xenoblade HD, Luigis Mansion HD, Pikmin HD, F-Zero GX HD, Paper Mario TTYD HD..

 

What do you think, what Wii GC/Wii games would be great choice for HD Remaster!?

 

P.S.

I didnt mentioned at all Nintendo Wii U games like contenders for HD remasters because they are already HD and they are looking great, so I dont think Nintendo will do any Wii U Remaster for NX.

A Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn HD Collection would be fantastic, especially now that Fire Emblem has risen in popularity and due to how expensive and rare it is to find a copy of those games right now.

While we're on the subject, I wished both Odama ond Okami had remakes on the Wii U, as for them I feel the Wii U Gamepad would have worked out better than a classic controller or Wiimote

Realistically, the only one that I could see being remastered is Skyward Sword. They've done every other 3D Zelda, and the majority of Nintendo's remakes/remasters have been Zelda games. But I'm not sure who they would implement the motion controls, so it may not happen.

Super Mario Sunshine HD, since I never got a chance to play it and the water would be beautiful in HD, as well as Pikmin 1 and 2 remasters since I never got to play those either.
