so yesterday i was playing rock band and out of nowhere the top of one of my drumsticks just snapped off

is it possible to ea to replace that ???

I think any drumstick would work. Just take the unbroken one to a music store and see if you can find any that are similar. If you don't want to pay money though you can try to see if breaking the stick is in the warranty.
