I got a phone a while ago, and I have a lot of songs on my old iphone. It's an android phone, so I can't just connect to itunes.

I want to transport them. However, I can't find any way to do so(I even looked online).

Would any of you mind showing me a way to transport my music to my phone(specifically a Note 5 with Android lollipop)? Screenshots would be extremely appreciated.

If they're on your iPhone it's almost impossible to get them off and onto a PC.
If they are on your PC then it is super easy. Go to iTunes and right click on any song. Click on "open file location". From there you can see the directory of most of your music and can do as you see fit.
But if you have it on your iPhone only and not your PC; pretty much SOL. Unless you purchased them in which case you can download them onto your iTunes on PC and use the method I stated above.
