You might as well just blow your money on the alienware station Angry Joe has. If you want to waste that much.

No, buying alienware is a bloody waste of money. And building is way more fun.

Building it yourself is not going to go near $8000. That's why I said he should just blow his money on it.

Wow that's a great budget. However if you can get a build that will easily play most games at 4k 60FPS at half your budget then do it.

But if you really want to spend 8k then your rig might play games at 4k 120FPS and all future games for a few years at 4k 60FPS.

Can I ask any of the pc techies on here. In 20 years or so will 8k 120FPS be the norm? I know the rate of improvement is slowing but that surely will be close to the absolute limit.

I was going to go with a triple 980ti sli

i already had everytihg else i just wanted too see if there were any better cards since i only use nvidia cards

i wanted to see this since there are games that dont support sli like arkham knight and jc3

i sure a single 980 ti couldnt handle the gamez at 4k at a good enoguh framerate

i ahave builded two pcs before, one of them had 970 graphics card

i actually know how tu build i just wanted to learn other people povs

When I saw the last one I was just thinking "now that's why Mario keeps collecting so many coins"

So.. I can build you one for 6000.. 4000 for the components and 2000 for myself for the labor costs... You can even watch me building your computer..

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

Also now I suddenly want a NES themed keyboard =P, hell I'd love to have a custom ATX build with a NES inspired case.
