Dragon Quest XI if it is localized.

Project Setsuna seems pretty cool. My wallet is gonna be starving next year. I'll eventually get around to all of these games in the future, assuming that all of them are localized.

Kingdom Hearts 3, Final Fantasy XV and VII Remake, NeiR: Automata, and Persona 5 are games I'll likely will be getting, and at full price at that.

Star Ocean 5, and Ys 8 look interesting, but haven't sold me yet.
