Price cuts, new releases, Amiibo, and new bundles muscled it out.  And the shift to the MK8+DLC Bundle torpedoed sales of the SM3DW as the price started going up due to stock dropping.  Amazon actually has the MK8 bundle themselves but they have run out of stock a couple times (which artificially drove the price up) causing it to sink.  So yeah, circumstances haven't been kind.  Hopefully late November brings a universal $50 price cut and the new Smash+Splatoon bundle helps as well.

The Xbox One ranking are a little alarming... I understand people knows about the deals already and are probably waiting for black Friday, but why is the wait seems to be happening only on Xbox One side while PS4 keep selling a lot.
I guess last year "temporary price cut" is finally hurting them back. Even though Halo 5 is out, I am having a hard time finding those bundles this year, to have more value or that much better than the bundles last year...

I had a feeling that game would be doing bad this holiday. And I have a feeling it will be doing bad again next holiday.

Tomb raider sales will be way below 2013 tomb raider. I have huge doubts we'll see another one after this.

The funny thing for square Enix, with uncharted 4 delayed it would have sold a lot on ps4. Tomb raider 2013 is over a million on ps4 so that says it all.

 

3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 13 are all battlefront.  This will do better than usual due to the hype building for the film.  So it will have good initial legs all through December.
