Fallout: New Vegas release October 23rd, 2010 sold 815k units on Xbox 360.

Fallout 4 will be huge. I dont see a competition. Its gonna be the highest selling game this holiday season. Will probably rival CoD on next gen systems.

Realistically, I'll say Fallout 4, because it's been a long while since the last one. So the anticipation should be naturally higher.
