What is your favorite scent/smell? 

Do you notice things others do not, or do you not notice how things smell?

Some of my favorites are:

Peppermint – like candy canes.  Mmmm, so tasty.

Baking scents, like when things are warm or cooking in the oven:

Bread – fresh bread is so tasty.

Brownies – make me some warm chocolate brownies and you make a happy Zappy.  Bonus and 10 points for Gryffindor if you remember the vanilla ice cream to go with it.

Chocolate chip cookies – so good when they are cooking in the oven.

Browning Onions – you know, when you cook them on the stove for things like French Onion soup. Mmmmm

Roasting chicken with herbs – they smell so good in the oven.  Best with a touch of oregano and sage.  Occasionally a little clove too.

Roses – I’m more partial to the red, pink and purple.  There is one orange one, Fragrant Cloud, that I can’t stand.  But a deep red/purple is rather intoxicating.
