Very interesting how they make gameplay very tactical

Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

i love how much destruction there is in this game, i dont recall Skyrim or other big open world RPGs having that, in this game the Robo T-Rex just knocks out trees and rocks in its entrance and it also blows another huge rock with missiles, and the destruction is not limited to the enviroment, when Aloy (the MC) gets that big cannon from the T-Rex and she shoots at him she is blowing parts of its armor off, not to mention that same cannon is a T-Rex weapon she blew up and took from him.

fully fledged RPG :)

This game is going to be a massive success story I feel like.

indead, the "thunderjaw" (afaik) also blows up some rocks - i wonder how destructible the environment is

That is one of the aspects I am interested the most. When you are playing some of the other Open World RPG games you may be minding your business and then any monster shows up and you would be like: "Draw your sword and hack it", if it is stronger then you cast a spell or something.

What I would like to see in Horizon though, would be minding my business and suddenly that T-Rex shows and I have to remember what points will bring it down, what weapons are more effective and through practice and constant encounters feel like I have mastered how to kill the T-Rex and other variants of monsters (I hope there will be a lot of monster variations with different ways to kill them) with their own unique ways of killing them.

I can't wait to see more from this game. Possibly the most promising new IP coming out of e3.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

A MH like mixed with a big action open world rpg , what a dream ( and it really feels like MH since you craft your weapons and armor from body parts from thé t rex and others )

And you get EXP for doing quests and even discovering places so there you have Fallout as well.

On the protagonist Alloy killing those robot creatures the dev said:

"She only does so with a purpose"

Until I am the one playing her.
