Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Bravely Second trademarked in Europe

Following my thread yesterday about the producer saying the future of the series was up in the air, it seems western gamers will have a chance to tell Square Enix that you want more.  Don't blow it :p

Incoming localization announcement?

Square Enix has trademarked “Bravely Second” in Europe.

The 3DS sequel to Bravely Default launched in Japan last month. It opened to 100,000 sales and has since topped 138,000.

Given the trademark, which was filed today, is so close to next month’s E3, it’s possible we’ll hear about a western release at the expo. If so, it will likely show at either Nintendo’s Digital Event or at Square Enix’s press conference. Both are scheduled for June 16.

And of course if it's localized in EU, it will also be localized in NA.

Hype!

I hope they port these RPGs to Smartphones, tablets. I have a real problem with the 3ds low resolution screen and I dont understand the war Nintendo has always waged on resolution. In the age were everything is a least 1280x720, Nintendo has a painfully low 400x240 resolution on the 3ds which makes everything that isnt right up in your face just a bunch of pixels.

There bettet not be some "release in EU 3 months earlier than NA" nonsense
