Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Nintendo Insulted by Their Fans over Shulk Amiibo.

On Friday, April 3rd, Nintendo tweeted out the tweet you see above basically informing their followers on where to learn more about Shulk ahead of their Xenoblade Chronicles 3D release for the New Nintendo 3DS. Things took a turn for the sour once Nintendo fans picked up on the fact Nintendo believes people know more about Shulk from his Amiibo than his actual game.

This led to some very interesting responses from Nintendo fans on twitter. Here’s a brief collection of some of them:

That's hardly insulting Nintendo over it...

True, I couldn't find the right wording. If any moderator wants to switch it up, that's fine.

I can't leave it exactly the same. That's plagarism :(

I know him as the lone Amiibo I am missing. And that truly sucks, because it's the one I want the most before they all released :

I don't think Nintendo would feel insulted from something this ridiculous.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

What a dumb thread.
