Something I think they could do is that they make real cards with a tiny Read-Only NFC chip in them that players will be able to use as standard cards, as well as using it with a WiiU/N3DS for a TCG game on there.

That's different from the GB game.

OP: Likely because there are so many cards now. If people think their are a lot of Pokemon, they haven't looked at the TCG.

In addition to that iPad port mentioned, It also exists as a PC & Mac game as well. Its a pretty fun game, but strange that they haven't made a port for the Wii U or 3DS so far.

Interesting! I didn't play either so I assumed it was close enough to the one he was saying

Yeah, the GB game was kind of an RPG. The others are just card sims.

It is also kind of funny on an unrelated note that with all this talk about Fusion and how many people use apple as a way of saying "All games work on all devices" yet this game on itunes is only compatible with ipad 3 or higher and not anything else including the iphones!

This one says "Compatibility: Requires iOS 7.1 or later. Compatible with iPad."

Where as games that are compatible with all iOS devices says: "Compatibility: Requires iOS 4.3 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. This app is optimized for iPhone 5."

I mean, that's not because of a technical limitation. It could work on other idevices if they wanted it to.
