He has a point, but he mostly just sounds annoyed that he himself can't use the stuff lol

I know what he is saying means well, but i cant shake the feeling that its a smokescreen for his own anger because if they didnt cut the cords and cut the disks he would easily make a living off of digging through the dumpster.

Note when he finds the 360 keypad, it switches from "you could donate this stuff" immediately to "actually i could still use this". Then he shows socom, "Actually im glad you cut this", oh because YOU dont like it, what about these poor kids in hospitals you keep harping on about, maybe they would have wanted to play it?, yeah.. whatever dude.

Why not donate the keyboard dude? oh right, you want it.

"You guys could have donated this to hospitals! Except for this because it works and I want it."

I also find it ironic that someone grabbing freebies from a dumpster is calling the company filling it greedy.

Why destroy something that is perfectly functional? It is absolutely senseless. The guy who made this video is right; those games could have been donated--to youth centers, shelters, hospitals, community clubs, heck, even to the Mess at your average military base for off-duty soldiers to play. Would have made for good PR, but instead they chose to destroy their product just to spite...who? Dumpster divers? If the product is failing to sell so spectacularly that you're going to destroy it, just have a firesale and sell them at prices so low that people would buy them on impulse.

I saw some guy that said he worked at gamestop responding to this video.  Apparently they scratch the discs because they are defective and they know people like this guy go through their dumpters and they don't want someone to try to resell them to them.

Makes sense really, i mean, why would they do that to GTA5 if it worked, when they sell other copies, even if it had no box they would just stick it in the disk drawer incase another copy was traded in that was defective.

Man, if even Dumpster Drivers call Gamestop bad, then they must be real bad.
