I'm basically only excited for 1 through 3, but I'm moderately interested in 4 and 5. These will cancel each other out though over time when it becomes apparent which will be better. 4 is published by Atari (hence the RCT name) but made by a new untested developer while the second is made by the developer of RCT 3 (and the expansions of two).
Most likely though, both will fall off because they'll s*ck *ss, but one can hope can I ...
