Here is a nice, not all too hard one: Elections are approaching in Russia. Following the recent economic crash, Putin's advisors were only able to find 0,6% of the population still ready to vote for him. However, as President, he has retained the power to divide the country into subdivisions, of as many levels as he wants to. To win a certain subdivision of level x, one must have the majority (more than 50 %) of subdivisions of level x + 1 inside it. As to prevent cheating, (by giving a lot of power to few people), the Russian system demands that all subdivisions of a same level represent the same amount of people. There are 100 000 000 eligible voters in Russia. Can Putin get himself re-elected, and how?
