welll i musst say nintendo is right, he didnt do anything with the content he just played the game. i think nintendo has a deal with some youtubers for use of nintendo content.

That's not really that issue. It's Nintendo not caring about fair use. if you're reviewing the product. Everything falls under this. He also does parody. Which falls under that as well. Nintendo on the other hand just lets the auto bot system flag everything. And not have a human double check. So Joe has to waste his time, do an apeal and lose money on his review. While he waits a month.

What about all those channels that have videos with entire soundtracks of their games? Do they have somekind of deal with nintendo or something?
