I think that the Republicans can present a half decent campaign, but they can't win a Presidential election unless they drop social issues. Just drop it. Even when it comes to things like Cuba. News Flash: NO ONE GIVES A DAMN about an old Cold War feud. No one cares. And it goes against their own fiscal values about government interfering with business. I am convinced that politics are set up in such a way that it is impossible to be on the right 'side'. You can't be the party that want government out of peoples lives, but then want to ban gay marriage. Its just an oxymoron.

That's not true. There is a reason why the sanctions have lasted this long. Tons of old cubans in the battleground state pf Florida still care

So a completely useless policy, which has not really benifited anyone should be keep up for the sole purpose of winning elections by pandering to a specific group of people.... wait wait, I think that is basically what politics is about.

I'd like to see Sarah Palin run again. Rand Paul and Marko Rubio are my favorites though, ugh the Democrats make me want to puke.

Edit: Not run again but run forgot she was only a vice presidential candidate with Romney.

You are a member of a very exclusive club wanting Palin to run.  I thought people were just being mean to her, then I heard her talk.  She is out of her mind. Its almost like she is pretending to be a character to get views.  I don't believe her.

im pretty sure every democrat want palin to run, that would be a sure democratic win...

There are plenty of real candidates for the GOP. Bush, Huckabee, Christie, and Walker. Christie has a couple of scandals around him, but so does Clinton. Walker is hugely popular in Wisconsin. The only thing going against Bush is his last name. And Huckabee exists
