Uncharted 4 is pretty much confirmed 5M+ seller.

Too early to get any 10 million sellers outside of Halo & Cod, maybe fifa.

FF13 sold 5-6 millions on PS3 and it was released when PS3 was in a dark era so maybe FF15?
Uncharted 4 if build enough hype and PS4 have a really good install base until there.

I'm not sure if I think Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will pass 5m since it's not a main line game, however I can see the sales being more than worthwhile for Square bringing it to next gen, they'll be happy with the sales surely... Final Fantasy XV will pass 10m on PS4 and XOne combined, but I don't think it'll happen on a single platform, I'm guessing it'll end somewhere around 8m on PS4, but hey who knows! Uncharted 4, yeah I can see this doing very well, not sure about it hitting 10m unless there's quite a bit of bundling involved, but if the userbase grows at the rate it currently is, and the game has legs, there's nothing stopping it from hitting the 10m mark the series deserves... Metal Gear Solid V will more than likely break the 5m mark, no arguments here. As for FIFA, Call of Duty, and Assassin's Creed... yeah, those numbers you've mentioned are pretty much the standard for those IP's, so again, no arguments here... maybe for Assassin's Creed since the IP may have been damaged by the release of Unity (Which plays fine now, I'm loving it lol), but hey... maybe they can redeem themselves somehow!

tl;dr I agree with SOME of the things you've predicted... not all of them, if you want to know which and my reasons... read my huge wall of text! :)

I think you're right about bloodborne and the witcher 3, after looking at the pre-orders. Bloodborne only gets 3-4k pre-orders per week and I think the witcher 3 only has alot of pre-orders because it got delayed a few times.
